We want you to buy tickets with complete confidence. That's why every qualifying order on TixPal comes with our comprehensive Buyer Guarantee.

1. Our Promise to You

When you purchase tickets through TixPal, we commit to ensuring:

  • Timely Delivery: Your tickets will arrive before the event starts
  • Valid Entry: Your tickets will grant you access to the event
  • Accurate Tickets: You'll receive exactly what you purchased

Should any of these commitments not be met, we'll work with you individually to address any confirmed issue covered by this guarantee. This may include providing equivalent or upgraded seats, issuing a refund, or offering credit toward a future purchase (where permitted by law).

2. Canceled Events

When an event is canceled outright and no new date is announced, TixPal will, at our discretion, provide you with either a complete refund of your purchase price or credit for use on another purchase (subject to applicable regulations). We'll reach out to you with instructions on how to claim your refund or credit.

Playoff & Tournament Games: Games that don't take place due to a team's elimination from playoff contention are treated as canceled events. You'll receive a full refund or credit for any contingent games that aren't played.

3. Postponed Events

When an event is moved to a different date, your tickets remain valid for the rescheduled performance. Hold onto your tickets and use them on the new date.

If you're unable to attend on the rescheduled date, please check with the venue or event organizer regarding their specific policies for postponed events.

4. Replacement Tickets

From the moment your order is confirmed, it's backed by our Buyer Guarantee. In the rare event that a seller fails to deliver your tickets as promised, we'll make every effort to secure comparable or better replacement seats at no extra charge to you.

If you're not satisfied with the replacement options we provide, we'll discuss refund alternatives with you.

5. What's Not Covered

Our Buyer Guarantee protects against delivery failures, invalid tickets, and canceled events. However, certain situations fall outside the scope of this guarantee:

  • Ordering Mistakes: Purchasing the wrong event, date, quantity, or seat selection
  • Performer or Lineup Changes: Changes to the artists, players, or participants at an event
  • Schedule Modifications: Adjustments to event start times or format that don't constitute a cancellation
  • Personal Circumstances: Change of plans, inability to attend, or deciding not to go
  • Entry Denial: Being refused admission or removed from an event due to venue policy violations, disruptive conduct, or failure to meet age requirements
  • Travel & Related Costs: Transportation, lodging, or other expenses incurred in connection with attending an event

6. Eligibility Requirements

To take advantage of the Buyer Guarantee, you must adhere to the following:

  • Comply with Our Terms: Your purchase must be made in accordance with TixPal's Terms of Service
  • Report Issues Promptly: Contact us as soon as you become aware of any problem with your tickets. Delayed reporting may limit our ability to provide replacement seats or a full refund
  • Provide Accurate Information: Ensure your delivery details are correct and that you're available to receive your tickets when delivered

Important: Providing incorrect delivery information or being unavailable to receive your tickets may affect your eligibility for the Buyer Guarantee.
